摘要
论述了沁北电厂三期扩建工程2×1000MW机组DG3110/26.15-Ⅱ1型直流锅炉吊装的关键技术。根据锅炉设备参数、布置方式及自有吊装机械资源,综合施工工序和安全、质量、成本等因素,给出了合理的吊装方案(包括钢架和受热面组件吊装方案),实施此方案后取得了良好的效果。该工程锅炉的吊装经验对于同类工程具有借鉴意义。
The key hoisting technology for DG3110/26.15-Ⅱ1 once-through boiler of 2×1 000 MW units in the third stage extension project of Qinbei Power Plant is introduced in this paper. According to the boiler parameters, arrangement mode, and considering own mechanical resource of hoisting and process, safety, quality and cost in construction, a reasonable hoisting scheme is suggested, including the steel frame and heating surface components, which has been proved with beneficial effect. The experience also has referencial significance to the same type boiler hoisting.
