摘要 肿瘤的转移和复发与肿瘤血管的生成密切相关，肿瘤新生血管的发生机制以及相关的抗肿瘤治疗策略已成为近期的研究热点。何胜利等[1]研究表明，Tie2／血管生成素（angiopoietin，Ang）体系在肿瘤血管生成中发挥重要作用。Ang是一种分泌型的生长因子家族，该家族主要由4种因子组成，其中Ang-1、Ang-2和它们共同的受体Tie2与血管生成密切相关。
