摘要
目的:探讨经直肠封闭治疗慢性前列腺炎(chronic prostatitis,CP)的疗效。方法:回顾分析60例经直肠封闭疗法治疗的慢性前列腺炎患者的临床资料。结果:60例患者治疗3个月后,51例患者临床症状消失或减轻,9例患者临床症状无好转;40例伴有尿频及排尿困难的患者中,31例患者尿频及排尿困难完全消失,6例患者症状减轻,3例患者无明显变化;32例会阴部疼痛及不适的患者中,15例患者症状消失,9例患者症状减轻,8例患者无明显变化。结论:采用封闭疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎,近期疗效确切。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of transrectal blocking therapy in chronic prostatitis. Methods：The clinical da- ta of 60 patients with chronic prostatitis treated with blocking therapy were analyzed retrospectively. Results： After treating by blocking therapy for 3 months, 51 patients had a complete remission or alleviation of clinical symptoms, while 9 cases had no improvement. Among the 40 patients with frequent micturition or dysuria, 31 patients were completely recovered, while 6 pa- tients were relieved in symptoms and 3 cases had no improvement. Among the 32 patients who felt pain or discomfort in perineum, 15 patients were recovered, while 9 were alleviated and 8 had no improvement. Conclusions： Blocking therapy is an effective way to treat chronic prostatitis.
