牙周病的免疫学研究进展
摘要
牙周病作为一种慢性感染性疾病，其发生和发展由多种因素共同决定，主要包括龈下微环境的生物膜形成、宿主本身的遗传学特征等，而这些因素都受机体的免疫炎症反应调节。牙周组织的破坏主要是由于机体对细菌的炎症免疫反应所引起，组织破坏的程度也与宿主本身同有的免疫反应特征相关。
