摘要
研究了 Fe:L i Nb O3 晶体的光折变性能随晶体温度变化的动态性质。实验结果显示 ,质子与热激发电子之间存在着强烈的竞争 ,在较低的温度下 (低于 12 0℃ ) ,在晶体光折变响应时间内 ,质子对晶体的光折变性能的影响很小 ,而电子的热激发速率 β随晶体温度的变化将是影响晶体光折变性能的主要因素 ;而在较高温度时 (高于 12 0℃ ) ,质子由于迁移率的增大而开始显著地影响晶体的光折变性能。
The dynamic variations of the photorefractive properties of Fe:L i Nb O3crystal via the crystal temperature were investigated.The results show that there is strong competition between the protons and the thermally excited electrons.Within the response time of the photorefractive gratings,the effect of protons on the photorefractive properties of Fe:L i N- b O3crystal is weak,and the variation of thermal excitation coefficient of electronβ will be the dominate factor that affects the photorefractive properties of Fe:Li Nb O3if the crystal temperature is below1 2 0℃ .When the crystal temperature is higher than1 2 0℃ ,the protons will have important effect on the photorefractive properties of Fe:L i Nb O3crystal because of its increasing mobility.
