摘要
通过改变影响金属土壤腐蚀的四个因素(不同含水量、孔隙率、PH值及Cl-浓度),分析Q235B钢在不同土壤环境中的腐蚀规律,结果表明:腐蚀速率随着含水量和孔隙率的变化均是先增大后减小,但随着土壤中PH值的降低而升高,而在Cl-的质量分数为0.6%的时候腐蚀速率会出现一个极大值,当Cl-的质量分数超过0.6%时,腐蚀速率呈现下降趋势。
This paper mainly analyzes the corrosion laws of Q235B steel in the soil, through experiments by changing three factors affecting soil corrosion test (including different water content, porosity, PH value and sulfate ion content). The experimental results show that Corrosion rate with the water content and porosity variation are increased first and then decreased. But with the soil pH decreases, the mass fraction of C1- is 0.6% when the corrosion rate will be a maximum, when C1- mass fraction exceeds 0.6%, the corrosion rate of decline. Finally summarizes some commonly used soil corrosion and anti-corrosion measures.
