摘要
本文给出了多个复正定矩阵的张量积仍为复正定矩阵的充要条件，推广了文［２］的主要结果．
Necessary and sufficent conditions are proved for the tensor product of complex positive definite matrices to complex positive definite,the result of [2]is extended.
