摘要 本文以粉煤灰和铜尾矿为主要原料,掺加膨润土和赤泥,以长石为助熔剂,松香皂为发泡剂,聚乙烯醇为稳泡剂,采用浆料发泡烧结法制备泡沫陶瓷外墙保温板。确定了适宜的原料组成为粉煤灰40%、铜尾矿38%、长石10%、膨润土10%、赤泥2%;用松香皂发泡后泡沫引入量为15%时具有较好的综合性能。所制备的泡沫陶瓷的性能为:吸水率0.95%、体积密度1.00g/cm3、显气孔率为0.61%、抗压强度为7MPa、导热系数为0.1W/m.K。 In this paper we used fly ash and copper tail slag as main raw materlat , actutterarton uen- tonite and red mud ,feldspar for flux, rosin soap for foaming agent and polyvinyl alcohol for foam sta- bilizer, slurry foaming sintering process for foam ceramic exterior wall thermal insulation board. We determind the suitable raw material composition for fly ash 40 , copper tailings 38 %, feldspar 10 , bentonite 10% and red mud 2t has good comprehensive performance when using rosin soap bub- ble foam after introducing content for 15%. Preparation of foam ceramics product performance is: bibulous rate is 0.95%, volume density 1.00 g/cm3 , apparent porosity 0.61%, compressive strength 7 MPa, coefficient of heat conductivity 0.10 W/m K.
