摘要
提出幂环概念 ,使环的提升更趋合理。建立了幂环的结构定理 ,并得到了某种条件下幂环同商环的关系。
The concept of power ring is introduced so as to improve some results of HX ring. Some properties of power ring are discussed and some relations between power ring and quotient ring are obtained.
