神经轴浆运输的功能与疾病研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 神经细胞有许多突起,轴突和树突的体积比胞体大1000倍。轴突负责传递信号而树突则主要接受信号。在细胞体中合成的细胞器需要通过较长的运输过程到达指定部位,而发挥完作用的细胞器也需要经运输回到胞体被重新利用,这类运输就需要依靠分子马达在微管(microtubules,MTs)轨道上推进细胞器。细胞器的运输分为顺向运输(快速、慢速成分A和慢速成分B)和快速逆向运输。快速轴浆运输,主要是运输各种膜细胞器和小泡,慢速轴浆运输则是指胞体合成的蛋白质所构成的微管和微丝等结构的不断向前延伸,轴浆中其他可溶性成分也随之被运输。在轴突中,
