使用Herbert钉治疗Lisfranc关节损伤 被引量：7

摘要 [目的]总结分析切开复位使用Herbert钉治疗Lisfranc关节损伤。[方法]2008～2011年共收治Lisfranc关节损伤患者39例,男35例,女4例,平均37岁。所有患者采用切开复位Herbert钉的方法治疗。术后采用美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)中足评分标准进行功能评估,同时采用X线片(正、侧及左右斜位)和CT扫描进行影像学评估。[结果]所有患者术后进行至少12个月以上的临床随访,AOFAS中足评分中5例,良9例,优25例。[结论]切开复位使用Herbert钉固定是治疗Lisiranc关节损伤的有效方法。
