双侧丘脑旁正中区梗死一例报道 被引量：3

Bilateral paramedian thalamic infarction： a report of one case

摘要 单侧丘脑梗死临床常见，累及双侧的病变较少见。双侧丘脑旁正中综合征的主要病冈为丘腑穿通动脉狭窄和闭塞，表现为意识障碍、眼球运动障碍、记忆障碍、行为异常等。国内外目前已有对该病的文献报道，但数量较少，有血管造影结果明确病因的更为罕见。因此该病尚未引起临床医生的重视，容易被忽视。2012年我科诊断1例双侧丘脑旁正中区梗死患者，现将诊断的病例报告如下。
