摘要
利用三角和估计及其解析方法研究DirichletL-函数的一次加权均值，得到了一个较为精确的渐近公式．
The main purpose of this paper is to study the first power mean of DirichletL - functions with weights being the Gauss sums by use of the estimates for trigonomitric sumsand the analytic method as well. A sharper aJsymptotic formula is derived.
