摘要 研究目的:在城市立体化发展和土地权属状况复杂化的背景下,研究三维地籍数据模型的构建和技术实现。研究方法:数据模型,GIS可视化,拓扑分析。研究结果:构建了新的三维地籍数据模型(PNAT模型),并利用实验数据进行了技术模拟实现。研究结论:(1)PNAT模型在可视化表达和拓扑分析等方面,较之现有三维地籍数据模型有着明显优势;(2)利用PNAT模型能够实现房地合一登记管理,并与地形匹配良好,且可以实现三维地籍实体的精确表达。 In the context of three-dimensional development and complicated urban land ownership,this paper aims to discuss the development and technical implementation of 3D cadastral data model.Method used is literature review.The result indicates a new 3D cadastral data model is developed,i.e.,the PNAT model.The paper concludes that 1) the PNAT model can meet the need of current cadastral management,and is especially good at visualization and topological analysis;2) the PNAT model is advantage at the unity of house and land registration,matching geomorphology data model,and precise expressing 3D cadaster entity.
