摘要
采用弹塑性有限元法建立钢筋矫直过程的三维动态有限元分析模型,并针对钢筋调直切断机不同直径钢筋,不同压下量的矫直过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果给出了不同直径钢筋在不同压下量下的位移变化以及矫直力分布。该模拟结果对矫直机新产品或新工艺开发有一定的参考意义。
A 3 -dimension dynamic finite element analysis model on the reinforcing bar straightening was established with the aid of elastic - plastic finite element method. The steel bar straightening processes with different diameters and reductions on straightening and cutting machine were simulated with the model. Based on the calculation results, the amount of displacement and the distributions of straightening force can be achieved for different diameters reinforced bar under different reductions. The simulation results have a certain reference value for developing a new product or a new technology of straightener.
