摘要
目的通过对成人健康人群的新鲜全血进行血常规检测，了解血小板结果在不同组别内的分布趋势，为本实验室对血小板参考值范围确定提供参考依据。方法选择2011年1月-12月到我院进行健康体检的2048例正常样本，在BeckmancoulterAcTdift2全自动血细胞分析仪进行血常规检测，对部分计数异常样本进行显微镜目测复查。结果男、女组间的血小板检测结果比较，其结果差异无显著性（P〉0．05），目测复查的结果比较，其结果差异呈显著性（P〈0．05）；不同年龄组间检测结果比较，其结果差异呈显著性（P〈0．05）。结论对成人健康人群的血小板参考值范围应根据男、女性及不同年龄段的趋势综合确定，可以避免因区域不同或仪器间精密度的差异而造成误诊或漏诊，为了临床诊断提供更可靠指导性的依据。

Conclusion For aduh healthy people reference should be according to the scope of platelet men and women and different age paragraph the trend comprehensive sure, can avoid the area between different or instrument the difference of precision misdiagnosis or misdiagnosis, in order to provide more reliable guiding clinical diagnosis of basis.
