卵巢癌患者外周血单个核细胞SULT1A1、ICAM5基因单核苷酸多态性的研究

Study on SULT1A1 and ICAM5 gene single nudeotide polymorphism of peripheral blood mononuclear in ovarian cancer patients

摘要 目的探讨硫酸基转移酶(sulfob-ansfer踮e,SULT)1A1、细胞间粘附分子(IcAM5)基因多态性与女性卵巢癌易感性的关系。方法采外周血DNA后用等位基因特异性扩增法(allelespecificamplification,ASA)检测淄博市92例正常对照者和97例卵巢癌患者SULTIA1、ICAM5基因多态性分布,分别比较正常组和病例组各种基因型分布频率的差异,并进行统计学分析。结果(1)SULT1A1Arg/Arg、Arg/His、His/His三种基因型分布在对照组和病例组之间的差异无显著意义(P=0.082);但与Arg/Arg基因型相比,Arg/His、His/ms危险度呈增加趋势(P=0.035);病例组和对照组His等位基因频率差异有统计学意义.(2)ICAM5基因各基因型分布频率在病例组和对照组问的差异无显著意义(P=0.927)。结论SULT1A1His等位基因与汉族女性卵巢癌的发生相关,可能成为卵巢癌早期基因诊断的一个指标。 Objective To investigate the relationships between sulfotransferase(SULT)1A1, intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM5) gene polymorphism and ovarian cancer patients. Methods DNA from peripheral blood using allele - specific amplification method, to detect the SULT1A1, ICAM5 gene polymorphism of 92 cases controls and 97 patients with ovarian cancer, the ovarian group were compared with control group by differences in the frequency distribution of genotypes. Results (1) SULT1A1 Arg/Arg, Arg/His, His/His genotype distribution between control group and ovarian group is no significant difference (P = 0.082) ; but contrast with the Arg/Arg genotype, Arg/His, His/His are risk of an increasing trend (P = 0.035) ; His allele frequency difference has statisticaUy significant between control group and ovarian cancer group. (2) ICAM5 gene distribution of genotypes frequencies between ovarian cancer group and control groups is no significant difference (P = 0.927). Conclusion SULTIA1 His allele is associated with the occurrence of the Han women with ovarian cancer, which is a genetic diagnosis of. early stage ovarian cancer.
