摘要
目的:探讨中医针灸疗法治疗面神经麻痹的临床应用价值。方法:将56例面神经麻痹患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例,观察组采用中医针灸疗法治疗,对照组采用常规西医疗法。结果:观察组总有效率为100.00%,对照组总有效率为78.57%,两组比较有显著性差异(χ2=4.6667,P<0.05)。结论:针灸疗法治疗面神经麻痹简单方便、疗效满意、后遗症少、无明显副作用,是一种安全有效的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective：Discussion on treatment of facial paralysis by Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy clinical application value.Methods：56 cases of facial paralysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 28 cases in each group,the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,the control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy.Results：In observation group,the total efficiency of 100%,the total effective rate in control group was 78.57%,there were significant differences between two groups（χ2=4.6667,P0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy for treatment of facial nerve paralysis is simple and convenient,satisfied curative effect,less complications,no obvious side effect,is a safe and effective method,is worth the clinical promoted.
