摘要
针对传统单相电机多采用调压、变级以及压频比等控制策略,其速度控制效果性能差、控制精度低、调速范围小等问题,提出了电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)控制策略,并对此策略在单相电机变频调速系统中的应用进行了仿真研究。通过试验分析,表明采用磁场定向控制理论的SVPWM变频调速控制策略能加快电机调速系统的响应速度,稳定性好,精度高,具有较强的鲁棒性,对提高其运行质量和节能具有较高的应用价值。
In order to solve the control strategies of traditional single phase motors which used pressure regulating,variable level and pressure frequency ratio,those method all have the speed control effect of worse performance,low control precision,and small speed range.Voltage vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) control strategy is put forward,and applied the simulation research according to this strategy in single-phase motor frequency conversion speed regulation system.Through the experimental analysis,showing that the SVPWM frequency control of motor speed control strategy that used magnetic field orientation control theory can speed up the response speed of motor speed control system,which had good stability,high precision,strong robustness,and good control effect,having a high application value of improving the operation quality and saving energy.
