摘要
定子是交流电机的关键部件,电机的寿命和运行可靠性主要取决于定子的制造质量。根据经验,提出了几项交流电机定子制造质量的改进措施。通过这些措施在多款电机定子上的运用和实施,使电机制造质量与可靠性均得到了提升。
Stators were the key parts of AC motors, motor＇s life expectancy and operating reliability mostly depended on stator＇s manufacturing quality. Based on the experiences obtained from motor manufacturing processes, several measures to improve the manufacturing quality of stators of AC motors were put forward in this thesis. Through using and implementing these measures, motors manufacturing quality and reliability upgraded a great deal.
