摘要
面对 2 1世纪信息技术的高速发展 ,特别工作小组 (TFT)这一临时性组织管理模式正在逐步向虚拟特别工作小组 (VTFT)过渡。本文通过两种管理模式的比较与特点揭示了虚拟特别工作小组发生、发展和存在的必然趋势。从核心能力、经营整合、技术支撑和组织文化阐明了建立虚拟特别工作小组的四个重要步骤。
With the rapid development of information technology in 21 Century, temporary organization management mode is transforming from task force team (TFT) to virtual task force team (VTFT) This paper indicated the necessary trend of happening, development and existence to VTFT by the two management modes comparison. The four important steps-core competence, operation sunergy, technology supporting and organization culture were illustrated in the end.
