摘要
修配法是在装配时改变装配尺寸链中某一预定组成环的尺寸或者就地配制这个环,使封闭环(即装配精度)达到规定要求的一种装配方法。修配解法的尺寸计算,特别是修配量的计算是很繁琐的,而以往的文献资料没有对这一解法作过系统分析介绍。本文在对可修性,修配量最小条件进行分析的基础上,提出了最大可修量Z_(Kmax),最小可修量Z_(Kmin),最大必修量Z_(bmax)的概念,并全面推导出极值解法和概率解法的相应计算法,以便设计者选用。
Scraping adjustment assembly is to change the dimensions of a component of an assembly dimension chain, or to make such a component reach the required assembly precision. It is very complicated to calculate the dimensions of the components, especially the scaping thickness of the adjustment components. No such complete calculating method has ever been introduced in publications. In this paper, based on the analyses of scraping possibilities and the conditions of minimized scraping thickness, the maximum allowable scraping thickness Zkmax, minimum allowable scraping thickness Zkmin and maximum necessary scraping thickness Zbmax are put forward. The calculation methods, corresponding to extreme value method and probability theory, have been given for designers.
