摘要
随着电子设备功能和结构的越来越复杂,对电子设备仿真时常常使用行为级模型。现有的仿真软件,在我们的使用过程中,对于某个元件的行为级模型只是预留了部分参数的设置,模型内部的具体算法,以及计算式对都是未知的,是一个黑盒模型。以功率放大器为例,探索这些黑盒模型的内部算法。首先分析了各种放大器的行为级模型的公式推导以及参数的估计方法并在MATLAB中建立了开源代码,然后利用ADS建立了通信电台的其他模块仿真电路,最后通过协同仿真验证了开源代码的有效性。
As the function and structure of electronic equipment is increasingly complex, behavioral models are often used for electronic equipment simulation. Parts of the parameter settings have reserved for behavioral model of a component and models within specific algorithm, as well as the formula are unknown, which are black box models, when we use the simulation software. In this paper,for example, the power amplifiers, the internal algorithms of these black-box models are explored. The formula derivations of various amplifiers behavioral models as well as the parameter estimation methods are analyzed and the open source codes are finished in MATLAB. Communication radio module simulation circuits are established in ADS. Finally, the effectiveness of the open source codes has been verified by co-simulation.
