摘要
目的:研究抗皱眼霜抗皮肤衰老作用。方法:裸鼠颈部注射D-半乳糖,并结合长波长和短波长照射裸鼠皮肤,建造裸鼠亚急性衰老及光老化模型,检测皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性、羟脯氨酸(HYP)含量以及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:6周注射和光照,裸鼠正常组、对照组和实验组与模型组比较,皮肤组织中SOD活性显著升高(P<0.01),HYP的含量增加(P<0.05),MDA的含量减少(P<0.01)。结论:抗皱眼霜能改善皮肤衰老状态,具有抗皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective：To study the anti-aging effect of anti-wrinkle eye creams.Method：The sub-acutely aging and light aging nude mouse model was established by neck injection D-galactose and long and short wavelength irradiation,respectively.The activity of SOD and the content of HYP and MDA in the skin were detected.Result：After 6-week injection and irradiation,the activity of SOD and the content of HYP in the normal group,the control group and the experimental group were enhanced significantly compared with those in the model group（P 0.01,P 0.05）,while the content of MDA（P 0.01） was decreased.Conclusion：Anti-wrinkle eye creams can improve skin aging state with notable anti-aging effect.
