摘要
研制了一种超低碳型多用焊接材料,该焊接材料所获得的焊缝组织为铁素体+珠光体基 体,通过在合金系统中加入Ni、Cu等合金元素,保证了焊缝金属与铸铁、高碳钢等材料的可焊 接性.这种焊接材料不但可以用于灰口铸铁和球墨铸铁件的补焊和连接,也可用于焊接中碳钢、 中合金钢和部分高碳钢.
A new type of welding consumable has been developed. The microstructure of weld seam for the welding consumable con sistsof ferrite and pearlite. The weld consumable can beused for welding cast iron and many types of steel. Some alloy element such as Ni.Cu.Ce is added to the consumable to improve its weldability for various types of the base metal.
