摘要
对镁合金AE42在高压力下充型与凝固过程的测试结果表明,AE42在循环回转式型腔中的流 动能力比铝合金ALSI9CU3约低50%;数值模拟分析结果表明,较低的结晶潜热是导致AE42流动 能力低的主要原因.据此,在压铸工艺设计过程中,钱合金AE42应当选择比铝合金ALSI9CU3更高 的充型速度,尽量控制金属从压室、浇道到型腔的热量损失.
The testing results in high pressure mould filling and solidification of magnesium alloy AE42 show that the fluidity of magnesium alloy AE42 is about 4o% lower than that of aluminium alloy ALSI9CU3. Numerical value simulating resuls reveal that the lower latent heat of AE42 is the reason to lead poor fluidity of AE42. Hereby, magnesium alloy AE42 should choose the higher mould filling sped than that of ALSI9CU3 and the heat loss of metal from champer to gate system then to die cavity should be controlled during designing process of the die casting.
