摘要
目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜下超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的有效及安全性。方法采用经尿道输尿管镜下超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石32例。结果结石清除27例,达84.4%,取得满意疗效。手术时间40～100min,平均60min。术中出血约5～30ml,平均15ml。无严重的并发症。结论经尿道输尿管镜下超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石是一种安全、有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of treatment of proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy by transurethral ureteroscope.Methods Treatment of 32 proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy by transurethral ureteroscope.Results The stone clearance amounted to 84.4%,the efficacy was very satisfy.The operation time was 40 to 100 minutes,（average 60 minutes）.The blood loss was 5 to 30ml,（average 15 ml）.No major complications were noted.Conclusion Treatment of proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy by transurethral ureteroscope is an effective and safe method.
