脑电生物反馈治疗小儿多动症的临床研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨脑电生物反馈治疗小儿多动症临床疗效。方法 2008年3月至2011年3月诊治的小儿多动症病儿169例分为利他林组80例,脑电生物反馈组89例,观察两组病例治疗前、治疗中、治疗后、随访,进行Cormer儿童行为评定量表分值评定并比较。结果通过对两组病例进行观察,利他林组临床症状、认知功能控制显著,改善幅度较大,并且起效快,较脑电反馈组有优势,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访3个月利他林组出现症状反复,临床表现重新出现,而脑电反馈组临床表现无反复并且进一步改善,远期随访临床效果有显著优势,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿多动症经过研究分析,病儿存在神经生物学的发育缺陷,可以观察到小儿多动症病儿存在慢波(θ波)增多,伴有β波活动减少,并且两组波功率之比明显升高,小儿多动症存在唤醒水平较低特征性变化。脑电生物反馈用于治疗小儿多动症最基本的理论假设为脑电活动可以通过反馈学习来调节和控制。在小儿多动症治疗中采取脑电生物反馈治疗较利他林药物治疗远期临床效果更显著,并且具有持久性。 Objective To investigate the EEG biofeedback in the treatment of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder clinical curative effect.Methods From 2008 March to 2011 year in March in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD in children 169 cases classified as Ritalin group 80 cases,EEG biofeedback group 89 cases,were observed in two groups before treatment,treatment,after treatment,follow-up,using the Cormer child behavior rating scale score evaluation and comparison.Results The two groups were observed,Ritalin group of clinical symptoms,cognitive function control significantly,improve greatly,and has advantages of fast,relatively EEG feedback group advantage,the statistical analysis,with no significant differences(P0.05),follow-up of 3 months Ritalin group showed symptoms of repeated,clinical manifestations appear,and EEG feedback group clinical manifestations without repeated and further improve,long-term follow-up clinical effect has significant advantages,through statistical analysis,no significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder after research and analysis,with preexisting neurobiological developmental defects,can be observed in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children has a slow wave(theta) increased,accompanied by beta wave activity is reduced,and the two group of wave power ratio was significantly elevated in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,presence of arousal level is low characteristic change.EEG biofeedback for the treatment of ADHD in children with the most basic theoretical assumptions for brain electrical activity can be fed through learning to adjust and control.In children with ADHD treatment taken in EEG biofeedback with Ritalin medication long term clinical effects are more obvious,and with persistence.
