摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来 ,学习成为每个人的终身任务 ,其中 ,培养具有探索精神的学习能力是最重要的。这种能力需要通过教育 ,特别是高等教育的训练来养成。我国现行的高等教育体制和教学方式仍保持着计划体制的特点 ,它不利于这种学习能力的培养 ,因此 。
With the coming of Knowledge Economy Era learning will become a lifetime mission for everyone,and it's especially important to cultivate an exploration ability,such ability needs to be acquired by means of edcation,with higher education in particular. Whereas the present system of higher edcation and teaching approach in our country still bear the characteristics of the Planned Economy,which hinders the cultivation of such learning ability. Therefore,the present institution should be rectified and reorganized on the basis of market rule.
