摘要
以体育教师的威信作为研究的出发点，着重讨论了有威信的教师应具备的能力，教师威信对教学效果的影响及形成威信有关的几个因素，要注意的事项，强调作为体育教师，树立威信是十分必要的。
This paper emphasizes the necessity of prestige for a physical teacher. Several aspects of prestige are discussed here, including the ability of a prestigious physical teachef, his/her impact upon PE, and factors of acquiring prestige.
