摘要
简要介绍飞行时间质谱TOFMS(TimeofflightMassspectrometry)的基本原理 ,概述其近 10年来的新进展 ,包括提高分辨率的新方法和新装置 。
This review presents the priciple of time of fligt mass Spectrometry and Its progress, in resent dacade, including new methods for improving resolution and sensibitity, new instrumentation and applications in bioanalysis. 58 references are cited in the paper.
