摘要
本文报告厂将“水箱技术”同改型隔板试验结合起来研究凝聚炸药由冲击波经爆燃向爆轰转变(SDDT)的方法。实测了压装TNT(装药密度1.615g/cm^3)的SDDT曲线,并确定了其燃烧阈值和爆轰阈值(分别为2.1GPa和2.5-3.0GPa)。按照流体动力学特征线法计算了不同强度起爆冲击波作用下在炸药中形成的一系列冲击波、爆燃波和爆轰波的剖面,这些剖面反映了炸药SDDT的基本特征。所取得的信息对于炸药的实际应用和对冲击波起爆的深入研究均有价值。
The purpose of this paper is to present a method of studying the shock to Deflagration to Detonation Transition (SDDT) in condensed explosives by the modified gap test combined with the aquarium technique. The SDDT curve of pressed TNT with 1.615g/cm2 density was measured by the method presented.The burn threshold psb and the detonation threshold pgd of the pressed TNT were thereby determined from the curve and they are 2.1GPa and about 2.5-3.0GPa respectively, which are in good agreement with that published in literature.From experimental data a series of shock or deflagration or detonation wave profiles were calculated by using the hy-drodynamic characteristics method. These wave profiles illustrate the essential character of SDDT in condensed explosives because the wave profile contours show the evolution of the shock initiation process clearly and some characteristic parameters might be defined from these profiles. The information obtained from presented method is useful to explosive applications and shock initiation studies.
