摘要
根据砖混结构住宅改造装修后对结构造成的不利影响 ,从结构角度对它们进行分析 ,提出砖混结构住宅的安全 ,不但要考虑构件本身的承载能力 ,而且还要考虑整个结构的稳定性、耐久性和抗震性能 。
According to unfavourable effect on structure having been reconstructed and decorated, the analysis of these disadvantages is given from the point of structural view point. The paper pointed out that the safety of masonry structured dwelling houses not only depends on their bearing capacity of every member itself, but also stability, durability and aseismatic capacity of the whole structure, its aim is to decrease or avoid engineering accident to happen.
