摘要
本文提出了信息价值的问题 ,并给出了抽样信息价值的评价方法。结合实际案例分析 ,证明了该评价方法的有效性 。
In this paper, the problem about information value is proposed, evaluation method of sampling information value is given. It is proved that the evaluation method is efficient and correct by the actual cases.
