Study on Hell-Petch of AZ80 Mg Alloy Under Solution Treatment Condition

摘要 对一定变形的AZ80镁合金进行固溶处理,通过观察金相测得平均晶粒尺寸,并通过室温拉伸试验测得抗拉强度及屈服强度,再利用线性相关性分析理论分别判断两变量之间是否符合Hell-Petch线性关系。研究表明,抗拉强度与晶粒尺寸不存在线性关系,而屈服强度与晶粒尺寸显著线性相关。 AZ80 Mg alloy was treated by solution heat treatment firstly, then the average grain size was observed by metallographic test and the strength was obtained by strength test. With the linear correlation analysis theory, it can be determined both tensile strength and yield strength obtained from the tensile strength test were accordance with Hell-Petch linear relationship whether or not. The results show that there is no linear correlation between the tensile strength and grain size, but existes line correlation between the yield strength and grain size.
