摘要
教育质量是干部教育活动的根本出发点和落脚点,教育督导作为质量保障的一种重要方式,在各国的教育系统中得到了广泛的应用。干部教育督导的作用包括督与导两个方面,中国井冈山干部学院在近十年的发展中,积累了丰富的"督"的经验,并且探索出了专题调研这一有效的"导"的形式,实现了督与导的结合。这对于其他培训机构保障和提高教育质量具有借鉴意义。
Education quality is the start and the destination of cadre education. As an important way of quality assurance, education supervision has been widely applied in the education systems of many countries. The func- tion of cadre education supervision includes two aspects ： monitoring and guiding. Through nearly ten years of de- velopment, China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan has accumulated enriched experiences in monito- ring, and has developed an effective way of guiding, thus having realized combination of the two. This provides a reference for other training institutions to ensure and improve the quality of education.
