两德统一后,柏林电信获得长足发展,电信服务水平也有了提高。本文介绍柏林电信业务情况和网络维护,并就维护服务标准、故障排除及时率等给出了量化指标。
After German unification, Berlin Telecom has gained substantial development, and the teleocm service level has also been raised to some extent.This paper gives an introduction to the services and network maintenance and presents the targets of maintenance service standards and the failure on-call reparing ratio.
