动力电池盖板通孔破裂有限元分析

摘要 建立动力电池盖板及钢珠的二维轴对称有限元模型,考虑材料、几何、接触非线性因素,基于等效塑性应变评价参数,对钢珠及盖板的几种极限尺寸模型进行计算分析,从而提出了合理的盖板通孔极限尺寸。 The. FEA model of the eap and steel ball for the power eell is buih by using the 2D axial sysmetry. Based on the equivalent plastic strain evaluation parameter and the material geometry and e.ontaet nolinear factor, limited dimensions models are used to caeulate the reasonable limited dimension of the cap hole.
