摘要
本文用边界元法对刻槽孔爆破的力学机理进行了分析,讨论了刻槽方向的应力集中作用和导向作用,非刻槽方向的应力抑制现象,并用正交试验的方法,对刻槽刀头参数进行了优化设计.
This paper analyzes the mechanism of the notched borehole blasting by the boundary element method. The stress concentration on the top of the notch groove and the oriented control for the fractured surface, and the prevention of crack starting along the nonnotched surface of the borehole are studied in detail. The notching tool's parameters are also optimized by the orthogonal test.
