摘要
目的 研究实心橡胶轮胎瞬态温度场的影响因素 ,分析实心轮胎温升规律 ,为实心轮胎设计提出建议 .方法 建立实心橡胶轮胎生热率数学模型 ,具有三重非线性的三维力学分析模型 ,以及具有热力耦合的热学分析模型 .利用有限元软件进行了瞬态温度场的分析研究 .结果 车速、载荷、表面散热系数等对温升规律影响较小 ,结构尺寸具有一定作用 ,导热系数则影响较大 .结论 材料合理配方、优化结构设计可以改变轮胎的温升规律 。
Aim Transient temperature field ′s factors of solid rubber tires are studied, temperature rise law is analyzed, and some advices are given for tire design. Methods A heat generation rate ′s mathmetical model, 3 dimensional mechanical and thermal analysis model is developed, the transient temperature field is studied with FE analysis software. Results Temperature rise is affected lightly by velocity, load, convection cofficient and structure dimension, and affected strongly by conduction cofficient of the tire ruber. Conclusion Reseanable rubber material and structure design are useful to longthen solid rubber tire′s life.
