摘要
文章介绍了ZJC2×880/26/42型交错式掘进超前支护装置,在漳村煤矿2306瓦斯巷综掘工作面的运用。通过实践证明,该超前支护强度高、覆盖面积大,集护帮、护迎面煤墙为一体,能同时对顶板、两帮及迎面煤墙进行有效管理,而且它能实现一掘多排,实现连续掘进和连续支护的方式,能大大提高掘进效率和安全系数,为掘进面窝头提供安全的作业空间,效果良好,值得推广运用。
The article describes the ZJC2× 880/26/42 alternating expression advanced support devices which is used for 2306 Gas Lane mechanized excavation face in Zhangcun Coal Mine. The practice has proved that the advance support high strength, coverage area, set protection to help protect the face of coal wall,while on the roof,it made effective management of roof,two flank and prop- setting coal wall, and it can achieve a dig multi - row continuous tunneling and continuous support, it can greatly improve the drivage efficiency and safety factor and provide a safe operating space for Wotou heading face, its effect is good and worthy of promotion.
