摘要
回顾6例闭合性肾损伤合并迟发性大出血患者的急救与护理。3例继续保守治疗,3例行选择性肾动脉栓塞术,经积极治疗和精心护理均顺利出院。认为闭合性肾损伤保守治疗合并迟发性大出血时,积极抗休克治疗,绝对卧床休息,持续膀胱冲洗,保持尿管通畅,加强对选择性肾动脉栓塞术后的护理,有利于患者康复。
This paper summarizes the flint aid and nursing of patients with delayed hemorrhage alter closed renal trauma. Three patients received non-operation treatment,the other three patients underwent selective renal artery embolization operation. All patients were discharged from hospital with recovery. It is suggested that active anti-shock treatment,absolute bed rest, continuous bladder irrigation,maintaining the indwelling urine catheter unobstructed and intensive postoperative care of selective renal artery embolization are key points for successful recovery.
