变型发动机催化器选型浅析

摘要 发动机的开发较多的是基于现有平台进行的变型设计。催化器的选型对发动机的开发至关重要,直接影响开发周期和目标达成。世界范围内,实现欧Ⅳ或者更严格排放的技术路线有两种:EGR路线和SCR路线。根据我国国情和行业现状,EGR路线是主流路线。选择EGR路线时,NOx排放水平的摸底和调整是首先要进行的工作,调整时充分利用模拟计算手段,可以大大缩短标定调整周期。催化器选型时要注意以下关键点:充分摸底原排水平;各排放污染物要留有15%以上的工程裕度;要同时兼顾经济性指标,背压要控制在合理范围内。 Development of engine are more type variation based on existing platform. The Selection of catalyst is key to development of engine, which affected directly on developing cycle and reaching to the goal. In the world, there are two kinds of technical routes to realize EurolV or even more stricter exhaust standard, that are: EGR route and SCR route. According to our country' s basic condition, the former is the main one. When choosing the EGR route, the first work to do is assess and adjust the level of emission NOx. Full using simulating calculation way can shorten greatly calibration cycle in adjustment. The following key points should be paid more attention in selection of catalyst: to fully assess the original emission level; to keep more than 15 % project margins to each emission; to take economic index into consideration and control back pressure in the rational range.
