热疗联合腹腔灌注化学治疗对恶性腹腔积液60例的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 恶性腹腔积液是指由恶性肿瘤引起的腹腔内液体的异常积聚,是恶性肿瘤晚期主要并发症之一。临床表现为食欲下降、腹痛、腹胀、恶心、呕吐和呼吸困难等一系列腹压增高的症状,严重者可威胁生命,给患者带来了巨大的不适和痛苦。我们用热疗联合腹腔灌注化学治疗30例恶性腹腔积液患者,并观察临床疗效,现报告如下。
