摘要
为满足运梁车隧道内运输箱梁的特殊施工要求,结合贵广高速铁路施工工况,对普通运梁车进行了改进设计,解决了450t双线并置梁过隧道的难题。介绍了该新型过隧道运梁车的主体结构,重点论述了大直径工程轮胎的选用、V型翼梁结构及直臂法兰联接承重支座等改进措施。该运梁车的改进设计,对解决桥隧转换频繁的多丘陵地区高速铁路运架梁施工具有一定的参考价值。
With the construction conditions of the Gui-Guang High-speed Railway taken into account,in order to meet the special needs of the girder-transporting vehicle transporting girders through the tunnel,the ordinary girder-transporting vehicle is redesigned and improved,with the difficulty of the 450 t double-line juxtaposition beams passing through the tunnel solved.The main structure of the new-type girder-transporting vehicle is introduced in the paper,with great stress placed on dealing with such new techniques as the right choice of big-diameter engineering tires,the V-shaped wing beam and the load-bearing connective support with direct arm flange and so on.The improved design of the box-girder-transporting vehicle is of great referential importance to the girder-transporting and girder-erecting construction of high-speed railways in hilly regions where the train has to frequently alternately pass on a bridge and pass through a tunnel.
