摘要
从新型军事力量构成、加强空中投送能力及军队转型建设和实现部队快速投送等方面阐述了军队航空运输力量的地位作用;从规模数量、基础设施和动员法规等方面分析了军队航空运输力量建设现状;提出了军队航空运输力量体系建设发展对策:建设军队航空运力拳头、深化军民融合和完善配套保障。为相关政策的制定和研究提供借鉴和参考。
The functions of military airlift power are dealt with in the paper from the angles of the composition of the new military power,strengthening air projection,army transformation construction and the quick projection of troops.The present situation of our military airlift power is analyzed from the angles of size and quantity,the construction of basic facilities,mobilization laws and rules,etc.,with corresponding measures concerning the development of military airlift power system put forward,which include building up powerful military airlift power,deepening the integration of the army-civilian airlift power,and perfecting the corollary facilities.The paper may serve as a useful reference for the drafting of the corresponding policies and research.
