摘要
媒介素养就是指人们对于媒介信息的选择、理解、质疑、评估的能力,以及制作和生产媒介信息的能力。编辑作为信息的"把关人",自身对媒介信息的把控能力不但是个人获得教育、具有某种能力的个体体现,而且要具有非常人的对信息鉴别、筛选和分析能力。作为公安高校学报的编辑人员,不但要熟悉公安业务,还需要把握公安工作实际,更要遵循伦理底线。
Media Literacy refers to the ability to choice and understand media information, and to product and question it as well. Being as a gatekeeper of information, editor who can control message have capability of information collection and analysis. As the editorial staff of the police college, we are not only familiar with the affairs of public security, and also be able to grasp the reality of public security, but also to follow the ethi- cal bottom line, all present a challenge for editor engaging in public security in the college journals.
