摘要
尽管反刍动物瘤胃对日粮棉酚具有解毒作用,生产中长时间应用虽然不会发生临床中毒症状,但日粮中大量棉酚的存在以及在体内的蓄积会对反刍动物造成抗营养及免疫抑制作用。围绕蛋白质,矿物质铁、锌,阐述了棉酚对其代谢周转、生理功能的影响以及对乳腺的免疫抑制作用,以期为奶牛日粮调制过程中如何尽量避免这种副作用提供一些指导建议。
Ruminant rumen has a detoxification to gossypol in diet, and there is no clinical symptom of poisoning after long application in production, but the existence and accumulation of a large number of gossypol in body will cause anti-ruminant nutrition and immunosuppressive effects to animals. Effects of gossypol on the metabolic turnover and physiological function of protein, iron and zinc as well as the immune inhibition of the breast were introduced in order to provide reference for how to avoid such side effects in the regulation of diets for dairy cows.
