提高三元采出水含油去除率的有效途径 被引量:4

摘要 三元采出水中残存了大量的聚合物、表活剂以及碱,致使采出水油珠聚并困难、乳化严重、油水分离难度大,为了加速油珠聚并及考察物理破乳技术的有效性,开展了超声波破乳技术处理三元采出水的试验研究,试验结果表明:采用超声波预处理三元复合驱采出水,可使污水的乳化程度降低,达到破乳的作用,如再经后续沉降处理,含油去除率可明显提高。在超声波频率28 kHz,超声24 min再经12 h静沉后,水中含油量由最初的336.8 mg/L降至36.3mg/L,去除率为89.2%,比未经超声波预处理三元水12 h静沉后含油去除率提高了近15%。
