摘要
:0～ 4℃低温处理小麦幼苗 ,叶片中脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量大幅度提高 .不同小麦品种可溶性糖含量也有不同程度的增加 .抗寒性强的品种 。
The shoots of wheat were kept at 0～4℃.The contents of proline and water soluble proteins were significantly improved in its leaves.Water soluble sugars of leaves of various wheat strains were enhanced at different degrees.The wheat strains that resist to low temperature stress accumulated more of the three materials.
